When do you arrive / depart?

We endeavour to take an early flight the day before your wedding.  If this means we can’t travel from an airport local to us, then so be it. By arriving the day before, we have a chance to meet up with you both in the afternoon and look around the venues to discuss any last minute thoughts or ideas.   Whilst we will have already met you in the UK and tailored your package to suit your needs, we know that seeing the venue for the first time might spark new thoughts or ideas.  Also, by arriving the day before, we are fresh and ready to begin the photography through the bridal preparations on the day itself.  And by staying the second night, we are able to ensure we capture and requirements for sunset photography right through to that all important first dance.   We then depart the day after your wedding.

When can we see our wedding photographs?

Within just a few days of your wedding, your photographs will be uploaded to a private page within our website.  We will advise you of the link to this page for you can view them for yourselves but also share the link with friends and family so that even the people that could not attend,  can still see and share in your big day. 

When do we get our finished product?

The first step is for you to make your choice of photographs for your album.  We don’t want to rush you through the selection process - it is critically important for you to have exactly what you want. 

Once you have advised us of your choices, the usual turnaround time for overseas weddings is approximately 4 weeks for album packages and 6 weeks for storybooks.  It is possible to speed up this process by previewing the photo's online if you intend to stay abroad longer than an average wedding/honeymoon.  Please be aware that these lead-times are provided as a guide only and in the peak wedding season(July to September) these may increase slightly due to workload.

Please be aware that a booking fee of £150 is applicable for all overseas weddings.  This secures our availability for the chosen dates.  This fee is unfortunately not refundable should you cancel your wedding, but it is redeemable against your total bill.
