Wedding Photography in Rotherham

January was a busy month. I usually get time to catch up and recharge the batteries. However, with the few portraits in the studio and a couple of weddings, and that dreaded tax return, its been hectic.

A wonderful Wedding at Hellaby Hall in Rotherham was followed by a fab weekend in Blackpool where you can see the weather held out for both weddings and they were both fantastic days.

There are only a couple of main days left for the 2012 wedding season from May-September, and the main dates for 2013 are also booking up quickly, so don't leave it to the last minute. I still have people phoning at this late stage for Saturdays in July and August 2012 and most of them have been booked up for 18 months.

Wedding Photography in Blackpool

Blackpool in January! My first question was "are you mad"?!! However, it was a great day and not overly cold as I expected - I even wore a short sleeve shirt!

As you can see, the tower is undergoing renovation and the promenade has undergone a major facelift and its looking really good! The new register office is excellent, and as you can see from this photo, the window has been placed in exactly the right place for a wonderful photo. Imagine how it will look once the tower is back to its former glory and free of debris and scaffolding?

I did search high and low for a wedding photo with a landmark of Blackpool in it, and although I found some nice sites with really nice wedding photos from Blackpool on them, nothing told me it was Blackpool - they could have been anywhere. At least with the photos I got, there is no doubt where the wedding was! If you go to Blackpool, you have to have the tower in it, just as if you went to London, you would have the Tower Bridge, or another landmark.

Contact me now for weddings throughout the UK. Have cameras will travel! I love different places, different people and seeing things through fresh eyes.
